CANDEO is a Latin word meaning ‘shining’.

Candeo Hotels was established to enable hotel guests, neighbor residents and all the employees and alliance partners can shine and enhance each others.

We believe that achieving this vision requires below three elements:

We continue to develop and provide unique and innovative hospitality service, so that all the customers can shine through stay at our hotels.

All of our hotels are equipped with roof-top ‘sky-spa’ (except for Ueno-Park).

Enjoy panoramic view and get stretched in a bathtub, under the sky changing with seasons and time.

Our guest rooms are equipped with Simmons bed which gives guests supreme relaxation and high-speed internet access. Also, we installed large desk in our guest rooms to realize supreme writing and working environment for guests.

For the guests who prefer having relaxing time away from work, we offer ‘Relax sofa room’ furnished with a sofa instead of a desk.

You can choose preferred room style depending on the objectives of your stay.

You have broad choice of breakfast for the day to accentuate the beginning of the day, such as seafood from Hokkaido and colorful main dishes.

In breakfast buffet, you can enjoy healthy Japanese dishes including fresh seafood and Western style dishes, such as omelet and bread.
